One
of the toughest things for someone who is a prediabetic (or a diabetic)
to do is to watch what you eat while at work. A fellow employee
has a birthday and brings in the cakes, or other desserts, and instantly
the diet goes out the window.
Other
high calorie foods are also around the office, as well as the coffee
